100 Year 10’s were given the opportunity of taking part in an Employability Masterclass organised by Young Enterprise and Bournemouth University. The day was led by Young Enterprise and six volunteers from local businesses. Students were given different activities ranging from Interview Techniques to Characteristics and Qualities in the work place. This is intended for preparation for their weeks work experience in June. Students found it informative and useful and found some of the activities engaging. Throughout the day the volunteers shared their own personal education and career journeys with the students to showcase them the range of opportunities available.
