An eclectic range of guests were invited to our Awards Evening on Thursday. Anna Kent, Midwife and Writer, Jon Orrell, the Mayor of Weymouth and the Right Honorable Lloyd Hatton MP attended to celebrate the achievements of our students here at Wey Valley Academy. Anna Kent delivered an inspiring speech regarding career choices in terms of her background working for the NHS. 

Lloyd Hatton then delivered his speech with the message that the 'sky is the limit', Mr Dyer, Principal, said ' I am so proud of all of our pupils and staff here at Wey Valley - this was a fantastic and inclusive evening for our families to end the term .May I take this opportunity of wishing you all a blessed and safe Christmas and New Year and please remember that the 'sky is the limit - do not stop until you are proud'.
