It was Chesil Youth Pride on Saturday at Weymouth College and our Diversity Council attended with many students from across Wey Valley. The academy has been asked to lead the Chesil Youth Pride in 2026. One student said 'this is such an important and inclusive day for us to celebrate our identities'. Another said 'I feel that I can be myself here and that these events are significant for the local community'. Mark Chutter, Diversity Council Lead, said 'our thanks to Dawn Henderson and to our partnerships for organising Pride - it was highly inclusive with an eclectic range of activities for everyone'.
