Head of Performing Arts, Mark Chutter was interviewed by Steve Harris on BBC Radio Solent about the upcoming GCSE Workshop by poet and playwright John Agard.

Wey Valley Academy will welcome performance poet, John Agard a Black British poet who appears on the GCSE Literature Anthology. His famous poem is 'Checking Out Me History'. Head of Performing Arts, Mark Chutter will be interviewing John Agard and Philip Nanton for the Dorchester Literary Festival. Mr Chutter said, 'at Wey Valley we are not only celebrating Black History Month but alongside this writing and inclusivity - we are fortunate to be welcoming Agard to the Academy'.
